Who this is for
Practitioners who need to publish up to three services with clear duration, price, inclusions and booking steps.
What the file contains
- Practice
- Practice name, contact, booking URL, location/service area or remote setting.
- Service
- For each of three optional entries: name; factual description; duration; price/currency; what is included; setting; adult-only scope where applicable.
- Price context
- State tax treatment if relevant and verified; distinguish single-session price from package total.
- Access
- How to ask about practical access/comfort needs.
- Booking
- Booking method and when a booking is confirmed.
- Policy
- Link to cancellation/refund information before payment.
- Scope
- Nonclinical service statement and no-outcome-promise wording.
How to customize it
Use neutral service names and actual inclusions. Do not use "treatment for anxiety," "detox," or a medical credential the practitioner does not hold. Remove unused service slots. Check every link and price against the booking platform after editing.
Scope and limitations
Three service slots at most; remove the ones you do not use. Avoid promises about disease treatment or guaranteed results, and link to cancellation and refund information before payment.
Copy included in the file
