Resource license

License grant

Giga Studios, Inc. grants the downloader or purchaser a nonexclusive license to use and adapt the included resources for one practitioner business. A valid paid purchase covers the assets listed in that product's manifest. Free resources have the same permitted-use rights for the files downloaded. The license is perpetual for the version lawfully obtained, subject to these terms.

What you may do

You may edit wording, branding, layout, and formulas for your own business needs. You may print copies, share adapted client-facing materials with your own clients, and allow your staff or contractor to work on the files solely for that business. You may publish your adapted client-facing form on that business's own website as part of its service workflow, provided it is not presented as a general template library. Attribution to Holistic Healer is optional.

What you may not do

You may not resell, sublicense, give away, or publicly redistribute the blank source templates, workbooks, or toolkit as a competing resource, whether modified or unmodified. You may not include them in a template marketplace, paid course, membership library, or multi-client agency deliverable without separate written permission. A contractor working for several businesses needs separate permission or licenses for each business using the files.

Client records and responsibility

Your own client information and your original additions remain yours or subject to the rights that otherwise apply. The publisher does not receive or acquire rights to completed records through this license. You are responsible for how you collect, store, and use information and for adapting resources to your services and applicable requirements.

Third parties, updates, and refund

Third-party software, fonts, or services are not licensed by this resource license. The files do not require a software subscription supplied by us. We may provide corrections or new versions, but no lifetime update or support service is promised. If a paid purchase is refunded, stop using the paid-only assets from that purchase and delete working copies; separately available free resources remain usable under their free license.

For uses outside these permissions, contact hello@holistichealer.net. If we believe the license is being violated, we will identify the issue and seek a reasonable resolution where appropriate. Nothing in this license restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
