Terms and refunds

Publisher and purpose

These terms apply to the resources published by Giga Studios, Inc. at HolisticHealer.net. Contact hello@holistichealer.net. Effective date: October 24, 2026. Our materials provide general business education and editable administrative starting points. They do not establish a professional relationship or supply medical, legal, tax, or individualized accounting advice.

Your use

You are responsible for choosing and adapting resources for your services, location, clients, and professional responsibilities. Do not use a template to misrepresent qualifications, make unsupported health claims, or avoid required review. Do not upload or send completed client records to us. Use the site lawfully and do not disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to it.

Downloads and purchases

Free resources can be downloaded without buying a kit. No paid toolkit is on sale yet. If paid toolkits go on sale, each product page will identify the included assets, formats, price, and overlap with free resources, and purchases will be processed by Lemon Squeezy under its checkout terms. Applicable taxes and the final amount will be shown before payment. Products will be one-time digital downloads unless a product page expressly states otherwise; the planned launch kits are not subscriptions.

License and support

The Resource License describes your rights to edit and use the files. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the original templates or permit resale. We provide access and file support by email, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, and aim to reply within two business days. Custom drafting, professional advice, third-party software support, and ongoing updates are not included unless expressly stated.

Refunds

Contact hello@holistichealer.net within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the order number and purchase email; do not send card details. We will process approved refunds through the merchant to the original payment method where supported. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. The merchant may also act under its own refund and dispute policies.

Accuracy and external services

We maintain our resources and correct reported errors, but changing vendor details and individual circumstances mean you should verify important decisions. Calculators show results from entered assumptions and do not guarantee income or demand. External software is supplied by its provider under separate terms. We are not its agent and cannot bind it to a price or promise.

Changes and rights

We may update site content and these terms, with the effective date shown. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted for a valid purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Questions or disputes should first be sent to hello@holistichealer.net.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we cannot resolve a dispute by email, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California. This does not remove any right you have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
