Who operates the site

Giga Studios, Inc. operates HolisticHealer.net. Contact hello@holistichealer.net about this notice. Mailing address: Available on request: hello@holistichealer.net. Effective date: October 24, 2026. We provide business resources and do not operate a client-record service for practitioners.

Information we handle

When you visit, our hosting/security provider may process technical information such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Our configured access/security logs are retained for up to 30 days at our hosting provider. We may keep aggregate counts of resource downloads and outbound actions without a persistent visitor identifier. We do not put calculator values into these counts.

Where it is switched on, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure aggregate page views and page performance without advertising cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. Page addresses are recorded without query strings, and no calculator values or other text you type are sent.

Calculator inputs remain in your browser tab and are not sent to us. Free files are blank downloads; we do not receive information you later enter into them. If you email us, we receive your contact details and message: email sent to hello@holistichealer.net is forwarded by Forward Email to our Google Workspace mailbox. The site has no contact form or newsletter. Please do not send completed client records or private health information.

Purchases and providers

Our current service providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting, content delivery, and cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights), Supabase (site database, hosted on Amazon Web Services in us-east-1); Forward Email LLC (forwards email sent to our address), Google LLC (Google Workspace, the mailbox that receives it). No toolkit is on sale yet, and the site does not take payments. If paid toolkits go on sale, purchases will be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which will collect payment and order information under its own terms and privacy notice. We would then access only the order information needed for delivery, support, refunds, and records, such as buyer email, order ID, product, amount, and status, and would not receive full card numbers. We will update this notice before any sale begins.

Uses, sharing, and retention

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, correct problems, and keep required business records. We do not sell client lists or use health information for advertising. Messages sent to hello@holistichealer.net are deleted no later than 12 months after the matter is closed. Records may be held longer when required for a dispute, security incident, or legal obligation.

Links, cookies, and choices

We do not use advertising pixels, session replay, or remarketing, and the public site sets no cookies for visitors. Necessary security/admin technologies may operate. External software and checkout links take you to another provider, whose cookies and data practices apply there. Approved affiliate links may allow that provider to attribute a referral. We receive affiliate reporting rather than your private client records.

Requests and changes

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control personal information. Contact us at hello@holistichealer.net; we will verify the request proportionately and respond under applicable rules. Services may process information in the United States (Vercel's Washington, D.C. region and its global content delivery network, and Supabase on Amazon Web Services us-east-1); email sent to us passes through Forward Email and is stored in Google Workspace, which may process it in the United States and other countries. If you use the site from outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States, and each provider describes its own transfer safeguards in its privacy notice. The site is intended for adult business users. We will update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date.
