Session pricing calculator
How the estimate is calculated
- Expected paid sessions per year
- N = slots × weeks × occupancy × paid_completion
- Session price
- P = (((owner_pay + fixed_costs + reserve) / N) + variable_cost + fixed_payment_fee) / (1 − percentage_fee)
Worked example: For the defaults, N=538.2 expected paid sessions per year. The formula gives approximately $103.05 per session; the whole-dollar planning price is $104.

How to read the result
Occupancy and completion are fractions in the formula. Expected sessions can be fractional because this is a scenario. The calculation runs at full precision; dollar values are rounded to two decimals for display, and the whole-dollar planning price is rounded upward.
The result is a planning floor based on your assumptions, not a market rate or earnings promise. Target owner pay is shown separately so you can see what the price has to support. If expected paid sessions come to zero, no price is shown.
