How to customize it
Avoid counting a refund twice if the collection number is already net. Label whether imported fees are included. Sample workbook uses fictional monthly totals only. Protect formulas and leave input cells clearly editable. Report negative cash visibly without hiding it behind a warning icon.
Scope and limitations
Business-level totals only: no client-level names or health fields. The XLSX workbook has Inputs, Summary and Read Me tabs. It is not formal accounting or a tax record.
Copy included in the file
Use consistent definitions each month. A prepaid package can increase cash before sessions are delivered, so cash collected is not always the same as earned service revenue. Track outstanding prepaid commitments separately. Use your accountant for formal accounting and tax treatment.
