Paperbell is a candidate for a solo nonclinical coach who wants to sell and administer coaching packages through a connected workflow. The relevant question is whether that workflow matches your services. A Reiki practitioner who only needs a few appointments may not need the broader coaching setup.
The annual price is a full-year commitment; compare it with a monthly plan on the same basis. Payment-processing expenses and any external tools should be included in your cost comparison. Do not use the presence of forms or a client portal as evidence that the product supports a regulated health-record workflow.
