What the public pages show
The public page lists 1, up to 6, and up to 36 calendars respectively. Starter includes custom forms and email reminders; Standard adds items including packages and text reminders; Premium lists a BAA option. The trial shown is seven days. Taxes and payment-processing costs are separate.
Before you choose Acuity
Acuity is a candidate when the central job is letting clients select, pay for, and manage appointments. Start by mapping your services and calendars. A single practitioner with one schedule may need a different plan from a business selling packages or coordinating several locations.
The annual monthly equivalent is not a monthly contract. Compare the actual annual payment and the cost of the plan that includes your required features. If a privacy arrangement is necessary, verify the current plan, agreement, configuration, and integrations directly before storing sensitive information.
Fit for your workflow
May fit
An appointments-first practice with clear services and schedule rules.
May not fit
A business expecting a broader record-management platform without checking the available workflow. It is not automatically the lowest total-cost option once processing and add-ons are included.
Before you commit: the required trial
On the intended plan, create a sample service, set buffers, test time-zone display, booking, reminders, cancellation, and package handling if needed. Inspect the form fields and data export. Record whether the user can complete the mobile flow without help.
