Square is worth including when evaluating a straightforward appointment and payment setup, especially when keeping fixed subscription cost low is important. A free subscription does not mean every transaction or needed feature is free. Start with the workflow and verify the exact current plan.
List the number of locations and people who need access. Check booking, reminders, payments, cancellations, and any form or package requirement. If a required function is not confirmed on the selected plan, mark it unresolved instead of assuming it comes with the brand.
